Is Koedori free?
Every feature in this version is free. There is no account to create, and no in-app purchase.
Can I use it for meeting notes?
Yes — you can record and transcribe meetings and interviews. Copy the full transcript and use it as a first draft of your minutes. Automatic speaker labels are not available yet.
Where does the AI run?
Transcription, titles, and summaries are all processed by the iPhone's built-in speech recognition and on-device AI. No audio and no text is ever sent to the cloud.
Where are my recordings stored?
Only on this iPhone. You can share any record's audio as an m4a file and copy any transcript in full, and you can delete all of your data at any time.
Do I have to leave it recording all day?
No. One sentence about your day is enough, and so are ten minutes on a walk. You can pause anytime from the Lock Screen, and if storage is a concern you can choose how long audio is kept.
Which devices are supported?
Transcription requires iPhone 12 or later (on iPhone 11 and iPhone SE 2nd generation, only recording, playback, and the timeline are available). AI titles and summaries require an Apple Intelligence-capable device.
